Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Niles region to drive fiber internet adoption door-to-door and in-home consultations. You will own your territory, build relationships with homeowners, and present Omni Fiber's high-speed internet, voice, and TV services.

No prior sales experience? Training is provided. Expect to meet monthly goals, participate in bonuses and a strong commission plan, with support to advance your career in a rapidly growing fiber provider.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with target expectations.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor and resilience to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
• Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
