Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Homerville region. You will engage homeowners with door-to-door conversations and in-home consultations, presenting the value of high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory and grow the customer base in the communities served. This role offers training to new hires, a Monday–Friday schedule (11:00 AM–8:00 PM, seasonal shifts possible), a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, and

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required with IRS mileage reimbursement rules.

Responsibilities

Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home presentations.
Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
