Job summary

Omni Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Mansfield region. The role centers on door-to-door residential sales, presenting high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and growing the customer base within Ashland, Mansfield, Wooster, and surrounding areas.

You will receive a base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a strong total compensation potential and structured incentive plan. Training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPads, mobile phones).
• Use of a personal vehicle with IRS-reimbursed travel.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
• Clearly communicate value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
