Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Medina region to drive direct-to-home sales of fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory and build lasting customer relationships in the Akron area and surrounding communities.

Training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required. You can earn a competitive base of $42k plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, targeting $87k–$105k annually.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable selling door-to-door and in-home consultations.
• Ability to clearly communicate value of services (internet, voice, TV).
• Strong time management and self-discipline for territory ownership.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage homeowners through door-to-door engagements and in-home sales presentations.
• Communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
