Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Kent region to bring high-speed fiber internet services directly to customers. You will own your territory, conduct in-home consultations, and close sales while building lasting customer relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a competitive total compensation package with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company. Training is provided and the team serves multiple Akron-area communities.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) and driving to assigned areas

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners with door-to-door outreach and in-home presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber services (internet, voice, TV)
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
• Follow company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
