Job summary

Omni Fiber in Medina, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing fiber internet team. You will own your territory, meet homeowners face-to-face, and present high-speed internet, voice, and TV services as you build relationships and grow the customer base.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with hours 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. We offer strong base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales aspiration and drive.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with iPads and mobile devices.
• Use of personal vehicle; IRS mileage reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
