Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated Texas territory. You will target small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote leading supplemental insurance products and services for businesses and employees.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned performers alike. Candidates should be ambitious, adaptable, and capable of building lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or close to degree completion).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and report to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
