Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training and fees covered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners, benefits managers, and employees.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
