Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet sales in the Toledo area. You will directly engage homeowners, present in-home, and close deals in Defiance, Oak Harbor, Perrysburg, Port Clinton, Rossford, Toledo, Wauseon and nearby regions.

The role offers a base of $42K plus uncapped commissions and bonus potential, with an annual target of up to $105K. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales ability for in-person, door-to-door engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with resilience to rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices; use of personal vehicle reimbursed within IRS guidance.
