Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and develop a Copley-area territory in Ohio. You will meet homeowners face-to-face, present high-speed fiber options, and close sales while building lasting customer relationships.

The role offers a strong base salary with uncapped commissions plus bonuses, providing significant earning potential and room for growth within a fast-growing fiber provider.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales mindset with targets.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor for customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) for presentations.
• Use of a personal vehicle with IRS mileage reimbursement.
• No prior sales experience? comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door interactions and in-home presentations.
• Clearly communicate value of Omni Fiber services (internet, voice, TV).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in assigned territory.
