Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Perrysburg region, engaging homeowners with door-to-door discussions and in-home consultations to reveal the value of fiber internet, voice, and TV. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth in the communities we serve.

The role supports the Ashland region; training provided; schedule Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM; includes uncapped commissions and bonuses, with total annual target up to $105K.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence in approaching customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, mobile phone).
• Use of a personal vehicle; travel mileage reimbursed per IRS rates.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door‑to‑door engagement and in‑home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
