Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Wauseon region. You will engage homeowners with door-to-door sales, explain the value of fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and grow our local customer base.

You’ll own your territory, receive hands-on training, and earn a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong bonus plan, all while contributing to the company’s growth in Defiance, Oak Harbor, Perrysburg, Port Clinton, Rossford, Toledo, Wauseon and nearby

Qualifications

  • Must have a quota-driven sales mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state law.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Outgoing, confident demeanor with customers and handle rejection professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door engagement with homeowners to present Omni Fiber services.
  • Clearly communicate the value of fiber internet, voice, and TV services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Follow company policies and ethical sales practices.
