Job summary

Zappi is seeking an entry-level Sample Operations Associate in the United States (Midwest). You will support core audience, sample and fieldwork tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of research projects.

This learning-focused role offers hands-on exposure to Zappi's platform, sample offering, and suppliers, with a clear path toward an Operations Manager position. Under guidance from senior colleagues, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, perform routine data checks,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years' experience in operations, project coordination, market research, sample or survey operations, sample supply or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident, clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run feasibility and incidence checks, audience builds and fieldwork setup per SOPs and SLAs.
• Track live projects in field and raise risks early.
• Handle routine requests through Salesforce / Service Cloud queues.
• Help manage translation queries and platform configuration tasks.
• Escalate non-standard requests to team leads with context.
