Job summary
Banner Health’s Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a part-time Technical Service Desk Analyst I to provide enterprise-wide IT support. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues via remote tools, communicate clearly with users, and document interactions in the ITSM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role.
- Must have knowledge in the use and operation of a wide range of desktop, mobile devices and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 applications is required.
Responsibilities
- Provides first-contact technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Utilizes remote desktop tools to investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Guides users through troubleshooting steps and document interactions in the ITSM system.
- Coaches escalations to appropriate teams with logs and context to streamline handoff.
- Monitors high-volume ticket queues and follows up on aging incidents to meet SLA timelines.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and security policies.
