Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to join a large utility client’s Client Support team onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for end users with desktop, hardware, printer, mobile device, and audiovisual issues, providing in-person, remote, phone, and email support.

You will install and upgrade PC hardware, troubleshoot printers, maintain documentation, and assist with audiovisual support for events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS in an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting desk-side issues.
• Ability to use a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, hardware, printer, mobile device, and audiovisual support onsite and remotely.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware.
• Configure and troubleshoot network printers and multifunction devices.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Provide audiovisual support for company events.
