• Monitor shared mailbox and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely upload of contracts to the Structured Settlements site.
• Manage spreadsheets and prepare metrics for workflow efficiency.
• Handle emails and calls from external distribution channels.
• Process Post Issuance Changes as needed.
