Prudential’s Structured Settlements Business seeks a Relationship Management Support Associate to join the Onboarding and Administration Team in Newark, NJ. The entry-level role handles new sale setup, client requests, and contract delivery, collaborating with Relationship Management, Onboarding, and Underwriting partners in a hybrid setting.

You will support SLA targets, monitor a shared mailbox, upload contracts, and prepare processing metrics while handling inquiries from external channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; open to recent graduates.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Able to work in a team or independently to deliver timely results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed service level agreements for processing customer requests.
• Monitor a shared mailbox to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Ensure timely upload of contracts to the Structured Settlements website.
• Manage spreadsheets and prepare metrics for accurate processing.
• Answer and resolve incoming emails and calls from external distribution channel.
• Process Post-Issuance Changes as needed.
