Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to support the Business Development team within the PGIM Institutional Client Group. The role is hybrid, based in Newark, three days per week, and requires prior experience supporting senior executives and sales professionals.

You will manage CRM activities, opportunities, and meeting logistics for a demanding team. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience, with proficiency in Salesforce,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of executive assistant, project management, sales support or other transferrable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic with integrity.

Responsibilities

• CRM Activities – Provide sales support as a power user of Salesforce; create and manage records and reports.
• Enter call notes and top opportunities for sales reps and update opportunities.
• Review audit reports in Salesforce and update records.
• Pull client or fund manager profiles from databases (Preqin, MMD, etc.).
• Coordinate all meeting logistics for in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings.
• Secure sales materials for reps via Seismic and Salesforce.
• Manage schedules and travel/expenses for assigned reps; arrange reimbursements.
• Obtain compliance approvals for client gifts, entertainment, and related expenses.
