Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin in Appleton, WI is seeking an Entry-Level Integrated Office Support Assistant to learn and grow in a supportive home care environment. The role offers 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, and pay of $20/hour, with opportunities for advancement and skill development.

This entry-level position focuses on administrative tasks, onboarding support, and coordinating with caregivers and clients to ensure a warm, professional experience while building hands-on experience in home

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: scheduling appointments, maintaining records, managing correspondence.
• HR clerical duties: maintain employee files, onboarding, orientations.
• Client engagement: introduce caregivers to clients and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Coordination of care: support logistics of caregiver-client introductions and care processes.
• Communication liaison: interact with clients, caregivers, and staff to foster collaboration.
• Field support: participate in community outreach and client relations.
