Job summary

Growth Homes, in partnership with New Home Star, seeks a motivated New Home Sales Assistant to join the onsite sales team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will help provide model home coverage, greet homebuyers, and learn the new home sales process while supporting experienced Advisors.

This role offers an entry path into a full-time New Home Advisor position as Growth Homes expands its DFW presence. Weekend work and travel between communities are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is helpful.
• Clear, professional communication style for diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite model home coverage across Growth Homes communities in TX.
• Welcome prospective homebuyers with a friendly, professional impression.
• Learn Growth Homes floor plans, home features, and the homebuying process.
• Assist buyers with general questions and connect them with the New Home Advisor.
• Support Advisors with follow-up, appointments, and CRM data entry.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in the CRM.
• Keep model homes and sales spaces welcoming and organized.
• Assist with community events and Realtor activities onsite.
• Collaborate with sales, construction, marketing and teams as needed.
• Learn fundamentals by observing and training with Advisors.
