Job summary

Growth Homes is seeking experienced New Home Advisors to join the onsite sales team as part of its Dallas–Fort Worth expansion. The role involves guiding buyers from model home visits through closing, conducting tours, and educating clients on financing and incentives.

A strong focus on prospecting, follow-up, and CRM activity is required to build relationships with Realtors and convert prospects. The position is full-time and onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, with weekend hours and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct new home sales experience, preferably with a production homebuilder.
• Experience selling from a model home and achieving sales and closing goals.
• Familiarity with the DFW new construction market and relationships with local Realtors optional.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through the new home sales journey from first model home visit to closing.
• Conduct model home and community tours, communicating home features and lifestyle benefits.
• Educate buyers on financing basics, incentives, and homeownership resources, especially for first-time buyers.
• Manage prospects with consistent follow-up and CRM activity; build relationships with Realtors.
• Coordinate with lending, construction, marketing, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience.
