Job summary

Entry level to start with no experience required; CDL permit within 60 days, color vision test, and overtime/on‑call duties are part of the role. Travel within the service area may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license; CDL beginner permit within 60 days.
• No experience required; line work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, rearrangement, maintenance, operation, removal and inspection of underground facilities.
• Drive and operate line trucks and associated equipment; work from bucket trucks and ladders.
• Learn and perform URD cable splicing, terminations, and stress cone installation.
• Set up barricades, manage traffic, and maintain tools and work areas.
• Attend training and develop knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
