Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; AA/AS or BA/BS in biological science desired.
• No prior experience required.
• Equivalent education or experience accepted.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English language.
• Must be authorized to work in United States without a sponsor visa.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good welfare and humane care for all animals.
• Train in onboarding tasks including animal handling, euthanasia and sedation; dissection; data collection and lab prep.
• Collect, document, review, and verify data on forms or electronic data capture systems.
• Review documentation as part of quality control requirements.
• Use and maintain instrumentation and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
