You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track deliverables, collaborating with senior analysts to interpret data across schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• DoD security clearance to access airfield and military installation (DoD Secret).
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, project milestones, and integrated master schedules to identify potential timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives remain aligned.
• Perform basic management, technical, or business case analyses under senior guidance to evaluate operational alternatives.
• Help compile analytical findings into standardized spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations for team and stakeholder reviews.
