Job summary

ACET, Incorporated seeks a Journeyman Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. In this mid-level role, you will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, track integrated master schedules, and monitor budget execution.

Qualifications include DoD Secret clearance eligibility, a BA/BS, 3–10 years in program analysis or defense acquisition, familiarity with NAVAIR environments, and proficiency with MS Project and

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• BA or BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis or defense acquisition.
• Familiarity with NAVAIR program offices and milestone review processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project and advanced Excel; strong analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, milestones, and project statuses.
• Analyze requirements, updates, budget data, and schedules to identify risks.
• Support decision-making with trade studies and operational alternatives.
• Collect and interpret data related to aircraft and weapons programs.
• Follow government processes for documentation control and change management.
