Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer per standards.
• Answer phones and handle service requests.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Balance vaults and teller cash equipment; perform cash handling tasks.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance; protect member information.
