Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is hiring an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to gain foundational knowledge of branch operations and provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by phone.

You will perform routine branch duties, handle cash transactions, assist with account origination and maintenance, and learn about Financial Advisory and Real Estate products to offer referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person across service channels.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist with drive-through window operations and cash handling.
• Support opening basic accounts and learning product offerings.
• Maintain records and assist from time to time with other administrative tasks.
