Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join the on-site Sales Team. You will coordinate and process information to obtain DME for patients, supporting Sales Reps and communicating with patients, referrals, and insurers.

Responsibilities include collecting insurance details, arranging physician evaluations if needed, preparing and sending documentation for approvals, and keeping the Sales Team informed about order status while explaining equipment options and coverage to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process information and documentation to obtain DME for patients.
• Support to Sales Reps, up to two at a time.
• Act as liaison between patient, referral sources, and insurance companies.
• Communicate with patients about the process and options.
• Collect insurance information and schedule physician evaluations if required.
• Prepare and send documentation to physicians and obtain approvals.
• Keep Sales Reps updated on order status and information.
