Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming ROI requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain current ROI request queues and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Provide customer support via phone and handle inquiries professionally.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
