• Maintain 24-hour turnaround time for all non-STAT ROI requests.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI according to procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and standards of ethics with PHI during transport, storage, and disposal.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into the chart.
• Abide by ROI policy for HealthMark and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and strive for maximum satisfaction.
