Job summary

HealthMark Group is seeking an entry-level Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist in Lake Havasu City, AZ to support ROI requests and patient communications. The role focuses on timely processing, accuracy in release of information, confidentiality, and professional client service.

Responsibilities include managing ROI requests, front desk patient interactions, and timely, accurate processing with strict adherence to HIPAA rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage front desk for patient requests and walk-ins.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and 24-hour turnaround for most ROI requests.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work for accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI during transport, storage, and disposal.
