Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in the United States (New York area). The role supports healthcare professionals and physicians while partnering with experienced Sales Representatives to grow territory and enhance patient care through hands-on clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support education and engagement.
