Job summary

Stryker, a global medical technology leader, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth in a field-based role.

The position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Experience in outside sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement in the assigned territory.
Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across settings.
Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use and positive experiences.
Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
Track sales activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development.
Participate in product training and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education.
