CMTA, a Legence company, seeks an entry‑level Mechanical Engineer to join its Energy Solutions offices across multiple regions. You will help lead and support all phases of performance contracts, with a strong HVAC design and commissioning focus to drive client value.

The role emphasizes developing opportunities, presenting to clients, and contributing to CMTA’s collaborative culture. A 0–3 year background in energy services is preferred and base salary ranges reflect regional variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 0-3 years experience with Energy Services or related consulting/commissioning preferred.
• Strong HVAC design and commissioning background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present project opportunities to potential clients.
• Support client meetings, industry events, and proposal development.
• Perform site visits, audits, and energy calculations.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assist bidding to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Support contract administration and project delivery.
• Coordinate with construction managers for smooth execution.
• Commission systems to validate performance.
• Support clients through warranty and M&V reporting.
