HB McClure is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Project Manager to support construction projects in our Special Projects division. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and admin tasks while gaining exposure to field operations and mechanical contracting processes in Harrisburg, PA.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and potential to grow into a full Assistant Project Manager role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and PM fundamentals.
• Experience via internship/co-op or entry-level roles is valued.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and field staff.
• Assist with purchase orders, change orders and contract paperwork.
• Support RFIs, change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project data in ERP systems.
• Provide routine project updates to leadership.
• Visit job sites to support coordination and safety practices.
