Job summary

McClure Company is seeking a Project Manager in Harrisburg, PA to oversee all aspects of project execution, scheduling, cost, and safety while meeting customer and business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage CPM schedules in Microsoft Project, and ensure compliance with our safety program and quality standards. This full-time, onsite role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular project team meetings for planning and progress assessment.
• Coordinate management activities on selected accounts and oversee subcontractors.
• Prepare CPM schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and analyze project performance.
• Interface with customers and manage status of upcoming projects.
