Job summary

Royal Technologies in Cullman, AL is seeking a Machine Operator or Assembler to join our production team. You’ll receive two weeks of classroom and on‑the‑job training to become proficient with our equipment and to learn what makes a good product.

This team‑oriented, safety‑driven environment emphasizes quality and continuous improvement. Starting wage is $20.00/hour with quarterly bonuses, a strong benefits package, and ESOP ownership; overtime opportunities and no Sunday work are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Able to work 3rd shift (12am–8am).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to meet customer requirements.
• Follow work instructions (visual and written).
• Complete required paperwork.
• Perform safety and continuous improvement tasks.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace per 5S.

We'll provide you with two weeks of classroom and on the job training to ensure you feel comfortable working with our equipment and confident in knowing what makes a good product! Both of these roles involve working with equipment and packing/labeling products.

Royal has a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Cullman, AL facility, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Self directed, takes initiative and possess good time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses
