Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. in Cullman, AL is seeking a Machine Operator or Assembler. If you enjoy hands-on work and don’t mind a good sweat, we’ll provide two weeks of classroom and on-the-job training to help you feel comfortable with our equipment and what makes a good product!

Both roles involve operating equipment and packing/labeling products. Royal has a team-focused environment, reporting to the team supervisor at our Cullman facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (12am-8am).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

Both of these roles involve working with equipment and packing/labeling products.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses
