Royal Technologies Corp. in Mission, TX is seeking a Machine Molding Operator to load, inspect, and pack parts produced by injection molding processes. This role emphasizes hands-on work, adherence to safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, be able to lift 35 lbs, and be available for 2nd or 3rd shifts with overtime. Weekly pay and ESOP participation are offered.

What You’ll Do

Your future starts here! A Machine Molding Operator at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands and equipment. In this role, you'll remove parts from the injection molding machine and prepare parts of packing/labeling. This is a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based on our facility in Mission, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses
