Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking a Machine Operator or Assembler in Hudsonville. You’ll operate and monitor injection molding presses, inspect products, and package items to meet customer specs.

Training is provided, with two weeks of classroom and on-the-job instruction to build comfort with equipment and quality standards. The team-oriented workplace emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work overtime and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to meet customer requirements.
• Run up to 4-5 injection molding presses depending on workload.
• Follow visual and written work instructions.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Perform essential functions safely per guidelines.
• Participate in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area following 5S.

Your future starts here! If you like working with your hands and aren't afraid to work up a good sweat, join our team as a Machine Operator or Assembler. We'll provide you with two weeks of classroom and on the job training to ensure you feel comfortable working with our equipment and confident in knowing what makes a good product! Both of these roles involve working with equipment and packing/labeling products.

Royal has a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Run up to 4-5 injection molding presses (workload dependent)
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses

Starting Wage

$20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses
