Job summary

Royal Technologies in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Machine Molding Operator to handle parts from injection molding machines, packing and labeling in a team-focused environment. The role is based at Quincy or Corporate Grove facilities in Hudsonville and reports to the team supervisor.

Starting wage is $20/hour with quarterly bonuses. The position requires standing 8+ hours, lifting up to 35 lbs, and availability for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

What You’ll Do

Your future starts here! A Machine Molding Operator at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands and equipment. In this role, you’ll remove parts from the injection molding machine and prepare parts of packing/labeling. This is a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses
