Royal Technologies is seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded trainee to join our Injection Molding team. You'll spend 9-12 months in a robust in-house training program designed to develop you into a technical leader, reporting to the Production Manager and supported by the Injection Molding Supervisor.
The role is on the 2nd shift (4pm-12am), Monday through Friday. You’ll learn mold changes, run production, and grow into a supervisory role while upholding safety and quality standards.

If hired, you’ll spend 9-12 months working through a robust in‑house training program, designed to develop you into a technical leader at Royal. You bring the eagerness to learn and we will equip you with the technical skills needed to help you grow into a supervisor role! This position reports to the Production Manager, and is supported by the bay (department) Injection Molding Supervisor.
This is a 2nd (4pm-12am) position Monday‑Friday.
