Job summary

Royal Technologies is hiring for Machine Operator or Assembler roles at our Hudsonville location. Starting wage is $20.00/hour with quarterly bonuses. Two available shifts (2nd and 3rd) with overtime possible.

Roles involve operating injection molding equipment, packaging products, and meeting quality standards. We offer comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, an ESOP plan, and an on-site wellness facility. This is a hands-on manufacturing position based in Hudsonville, MI, reporting to the team

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to meet customer requirements.
• Operate 4-5 injection molding presses ( workload dependent ).
• Follow written and visual work instructions.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and perform essential functions.
• Support Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area following 5S principles.

Your future starts here! If you like working with your hands and aren't afraid to work up a good sweat, join our team as aMachine Operator or Assembler. We'll provide you with two weeks of classroom and on the job training to ensure you feel comfortable working with our equipment and confident in knowing what makes a good product! Both of these roles involve working with equipment and packing/labeling products.

Royal has a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
• Run up to 4-5 injection molding presses(workload dependent)
• Following work instructions (both visual and written)
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
• Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day
• Lifting up to 35lbs
• Limited bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product
• All employees must wear approved safety glasses

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses

• Ability to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift
