Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Managed Services Engineer in Ridgeland, MS to join the Rapid Response team.

You will be the primary contact for customers needing technical support, delivering professional and responsive service while guiding issues to resolution with engineering and sales resources. The role emphasizes quick assessment, basic troubleshooting (approximately ten minutes), and precise ticket documentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and support requests and document service tickets for engineering or sales involvement.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Perform initial issue assessment and basic troubleshooting to resolve issues within 10 minutes when possible.
• Ask relevant questions, document findings, and expedite resolution.
• Prioritize and route tickets to qualified engineers based on skill, workload, and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, troubleshooting steps, and ticket updates in the ticketing system.
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate as needed and support process improvements and initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
