Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleaning and debris pick‑up throughout the property per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas; pressure wash as needed.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in with light repairs and touch‑ups.
• Replace light bulbs and assist with lock changes and fixture replacements.
• Assist in maintaining shop appearance and inventory for quick assessment.
