Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 1 to join our on-site maintenance team in Las Vegas. This entry-level role handles a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision, focusing on basic service requests, make-ready tasks, and common area maintenance.

You will develop skills to perform more complex repairs, participate in on-call rotations, and support higher-level technicians while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Addressing minor work orders: changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies at manager’s discretion.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal, curb painting, etc.
• Supporting higher-level technicians.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor.
