Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 to perform basic repairs, make-ready and common area maintenance under supervision. The role focuses on learning to handle a narrow range of tasks while developing skills for more complex repairs.

You will assist in preparing vacant units, complete light repairs, and participate in on-call rotations. Training opportunities and safety standards are emphasized to ensure professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Addressing minor work orders: changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies at manager’s discretion.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal, curb painting, etc.
• Supporting higher-level technicians
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
• Other tasks designated by supervisor
