Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 in Las Vegas. The role involves performing a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision and developing skills for more complex tasks.

Primary focus is basic service requests, make-ready, and common area maintenance and repair tasks. You will prepare vacant units, participate in training, handle minor work orders, and support higher-level technicians while adhering to safety standards and company

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Shows dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC preferred (training not years).
• Bilingual ability helpful for properties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness (paint, clean, light repairs).
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders (bulbs, basic plumbing leaks, hardware, drywall).
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed.
