• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness through painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).

• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and repairs in common areas.
• Support higher-level technicians and follow safety procedures.
