Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, stable operation of stamping, welding, assembly, robotics, and utility systems. The role focuses on performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and restoring production quickly to minimize downtime.

You will update maintenance records, assist with spare parts management, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs and robotics is preferred.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance per PM schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in stamping, welding, assembly, robotics, and utility systems; restore production quickly.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, work orders, and machine history.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory to prevent production loss due to shortages.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety to minimize production impact.
• Support continual improvement, new equipment installation, and cost-reduction projects.
